Internal Regulations of the Center

  • The internal law of the center serves as an ethical covenant, encompassing a set of principles that everyone is committed to respecting and adhering to. These rules and principles include mandatory and general provisions for all parties, ensuring that individuals’ behaviors are in line and consistent with the regulations, provisions, and current laws in effect, which are organized for the operation of the public facility.
  • Any registration or re-registration must be done by the concerned party itself, with the understanding that they are required to read this law and sign the contract.
  • The registered individual at the center has the right to benefit from a valid student card for the duration of the training course, which is subject to renewal in subsequent sessions. The card will be withdrawn from the student if they violate the general regulations of the center.
  • Under no circumstances and for any reason whatsoever, the registration fees cannot be refunded, even if the sessions have not yet commenced.
  • The registered individual at the center must present the security personnel with their card whenever requested. In the event of not carrying the card, they may be denied entry to the university or center.
  • The registered individual at the center has the right to obtain a certificate confirming their enrollment in the center. This certificate should include details such as the training program, level, and the start and end dates of the course.
  • The successful student has the right to receive a certificate of success, indicating the duration of the training and the acquired level.
  • The student who did not pass the final exam has the right, upon request, to receive a participation certificate that mentions the duration of the training and the level not achieved.
  • Certificates of registration and attendance can only be issued once, upon request, and after the student has attended the courses physically for a period considered sufficient. Attendance certificates can only be issued during the course and not after its completion.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the administrative and educational structures of the center.
  • The student who did not pass the final exam has the right to undergo retraining in the level not achieved after re-registering in the same level.
  • The center’s administration reserves the right, based on the request and the constraints imposed on classrooms and the availability of instructors, to allocate a schedule for the learner different from the one they initially chose.
  • Changing groups during the course is strictly prohibited without prior approval from the administration.
  • students can choose to register for the intensive teaching of two languages. 
  • The learner must refer to the center’s website or its pages on Facebook or LinkedIn to find out the exam schedules or any other information that will be gradually published.
  • It is strictly prohibited for anyone who is not registered to attend the course.
  • Some student absences are tolerated, provided that the teacher is informed. However, if the number of absences exceeds four sessions, the student will be expelled and deprived of the right to take the final exam and the makeup exam.
  • Absence from the exam is only allowed with a valid excuse, and one makeup exam is scheduled for each language at all levels.
  • The makeup exam is generally conducted one week after the final exam.
  • Certificates of training that are archived cannot be requested for a period exceeding 3 years, and it is also not possible to request more than one copy.
  • Respecting the center’s team is a duty.
